The property appears unkempt with a lack of maintenance!!! No televisions in rooms is baffling and limits entertainment choices!!! Dinner pricing is excessively high compared to the overall experience!!!

The setting is simply beautiful, beautifully

curated with gardens and artwork throughout. Although breakfast was delightful, the seating area felt cramped during busy times. My daughter loved the board games available, making dinner an even more enjoyable family occasion.

The Gregans Castle experience was simply delightful. Upon arrival, I felt instantly welcomed by the warm staff. Our suite had stunning decor, mixing modern touches with antique furniture, not to mention the incredible spaciousness. I particularly loved the private enclosed garden where I could enjoy the afternoon sun. The dining experience was outstanding—the food was crafted to perfection. Each dish presented was like art, bursting with flavors that showcased local produce. I appreciated the extensive vegetable garden tour that showed where our meals came from. The sitting areas throughout the hotel were cozy, perfect for a quiet read or enjoying some tea. Although I found the breakfast variety impressive, it would be nice to see even more options. The cocktail selection at the bar lacked some creativity—maybe adding a few signature drinks would enhance the experience. Lastly, occasional delays in housekeeping posed a slight inconvenience. Overall, I look forward to another visit soon.

Cleanliness was top-notch with impeccable attention to detail. The location offered breathtaking views down the valley and out over Galway Bay. Breakfast options were extensive and the staff were incredible and thoughtful about our needs.

The bathroom had no bath, only a shower. but the stunning garden views were breathtaking, the cozy bar area with a roaring fire was a perfect relax spot, and the friendly cats adding charm made it feel like home.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff who really made us feel at home, the cozy atmosphere with the fires lit in the common areas was something special. The food was great, we had the tasting menu and every bite was better than the last, just like I like it.

The roads leading to the hotel were quite narrow.

It was just a suitable option for getting around the area in Ballyvaughan with outstanding value. The dinner menu was imaginative, and the service was very friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. Choose a superior room for better comfort.
